Why rent an apartment or a penthouse room instead of going to a hotel?

If you want to spend an intimate evening with friends, you can invite them and cook with them or ask for a dinner at our catering service all in a family atmosphere that would not have either a hotel or a restaurant.

How to search and choose one of our lodging options?
Select the desired accommodation, send an availability request through the contact form with the date in which you want to stay and the number of persons and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability and rates. You can confirm your booking by paying the reservation deposit of 30% of the total reservation through Paypal (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Western Union, making the client responsible for the fees that may apply. You will receive a confirmation and useful information via e-mail within 24 hours after verifying the transaction concerned. Your reservation will not be effective until payment of 30%. The remaining balance will be paid only in cash on arrival at apartment.
How to book an apartment or to reserve a room?
Your reservation will be effective when you cancel 30% of the total amount of your reservation. You will receive confirmation via email within 24 hours after receiving the test here or number of transactions.
Prices include taxes?
Yes, the prices that appear on our blog include taxes.
Do I need to pay a deposit if I want to rent an apartment?
You don't have to pay any security deposit.
Can I cancel a booking?
If you cancel within 30 days before your reservation we will return the corresponding paid considering the cost, for cancellations after 30 days of booking, 30% of the deposit is not refunded.
How and when can I have the keys?
Let us know as soon as possible the arrival time of your flight. If you have booked an airport shuttle service, you will receive an envelope with keys, a welcome letter and invoice with the balance pending from our driver, recognizable by logo and name of the passenger waiting. A member of our staff will stay the porter's waiting in the apartment or the penthouse to deliver the property and satisfy any of your demands. If you decide instead to take a taxi, head to the reception of our office where we will be waiting to give you the welcome information relevant and an envelope with keys and the balance pending.
How far from the apartments and how do I get from the airport?
The trip by taxi to Medellin city is about 40 minutes: the value of travel time is approximately 35 USD. Paisasky also offers a shuttle service to and from the airport (specify time of arrival of the flight) for the same price of a taxi.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is normally at 16:00, but we do our best to accommodate you to your needs. Check-out time is strictly 12 pm.
Are there additional charges for gas, water and electricity?
No, the services are included in the prices that appear on our site.
How often do you clean the apartments?
The rent of the apatment in Cartagena includes the initial cleaning just prior to the date of arrival and a cleaning service once a week. We offer additional services during your stay if you wish, for a price of 20 USD per day (includes complete change of towels and sheets). In Medellin and Sapzurro, we provide daily maid service.
Are the apartments equipped with bed linens and towels?
Yes, apartments and rooms are equipped with fresh sheets, blankets and towels.
What happens if I break something?
Contact us as soon as possible to assess the damage and we will try to repair or replace the item. In your welcome letter you will find a copy of the inventory of the apartment that you can check on your arrival. Each article will be included with its replacement value.
What if I need help or information during my stay?
There is a message system to stay anytime in touch. One of our best services is a 24h virtual and phisical assistance.
Are pets allowed?
Generally pets are not allowed, but exceptions could be made for small animals. Please specify what kind of animal (size and weight) you plan to travel with when you complete the form.
Are the apartments equipped with telephone and internet access?
Our apartments have telephones with unlimited local calls. In all the penthouse rooms, there are fast wi-fi internet and land line.
How much children pay?
Children pay the same of the adult price. Please note that the number of guests is the total number of adults who will occupy the apartment including children of any age.
Are the apartments equipped with safe?
Yes, our apartments and rooms are equipped with digital safe or big strongbox.
Can I bring guests to the apartment?
Once you receive the keys, the apartment will be yours and you will have your guests as you like (Cartagena). If you have booked a penthouse room (Medellín), we charge 30 US for your guest who spend the night with you: he/she will receive all the amenities of any other guest.
